Can someone who has rented from them tell me how to calculate the service charge?

Example:
If a rental is $2,000, 5% is $100, then I also add 10% or $200 tax? So my total rental is $2300. Is that correct?

Yes, Mary Beth, you add 15% to the rental rate. I just confirmed this from a recent confirmation letter they sent me.
