Yo troops. We arrived yesterday in time for the Rotary of St John fund raiser at the Westin. WOW what a deal. If you were on island and missed it boy did you miss an unbelievable event. Most of the restaurants and bars and even Starfish market were serving up there fare/drinks/wine. You will want to put this on the don't miss list for your future visits.
The trip out of Dulles was great. United has a separate check in line for the caribbean flights now, Sweet since we had to check the cooler,yep we be cooler folks. No charge for it due to the United Visa card and priority boarding. DC Photo and Mel were on our flight too. Arrived early and are you ready for this...The bags were on the conveyer belt as we walked into the terminal. Don't beam me up Scottie it wasn't a dream. Made the 3PM Red Hook with time for our first Pain Killer. A very good one at the ferry bar by the way. $7.00 per. Eric of Bougainvillea Leasing 800-253-7107 met us at the dock in a brand new 4 door Jeep. Lime Green color which Sandie has named "Gatoraide". So if you are on island and see us please shout out. I think there are only two of that color. IMHO these folks are the best. We are staying at one of Donald Schnell's villas. The Beach Estate. Just the two of us in a 5 bedroom. We have been here twice before and love it. Okay enough for now. Off to the beach. God bless...Bill

Glad you had a good time at "Flavors". Couldn't make it; busy weekend over here in STT. Had to escort my mother to a friend's 80th! Stayed at the Beach Villa once. Nice place.

Yeah, are we going to get daily updates? Need that with snow flurries today where we are visiting. Should have went South!
