I suppose this is the only method to see if a ticker uploaded correctly.
Just had to post it for my 2nd st. John visit-- a gal snorkel trip!! 8)

I'm not sure what's wrong with your ticker. Hopefully someone more technically inclined will help out! I did take a look at my ticker in my profile, what I pasted into the signature box looks like this:

[url=http://www.TickerFactory , (that will have to be a sample, if I leave the rest of it here, it puts my ticker here!)

mine starts with url= , your's begins with ref? Maybe you copied the link for facebook or something? There are usually a couple of choices of what to copy, one is for forums..

Good luck! I hope you get your ticker working! Also, you can preview your message before you post it so you can see if the ticker is working before you post! :)

This will serve two purposes. 1) To check my ticker... 1 month to go... Woohoo! And 2) I'll try to help you.
When you've gone through the Ticker Factory process, you need to cut and paste the code from the "bbCode" box. But, don't grab all of it. Just copy the part that starts with "opening square bracket, img, closing square bracket" and ends with "opening square bracket, slash, img, closing square bracket." I hope that makes sense. I can't actually cut and paste the code, because it converts it into the ticker. It looks to me like you grabbed the code from the HTML box.
Good luck!

Cut and paste this - http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/ ... /event.png - and put it between those bracketed img commands. You'll get this:
