Hello All,

I sure could use some help finding the right villa for my family. We are visiting St. John April 27-May 4, 2013. It will be my wife and I and our two children(ages 11 & . We will be celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary. I am looking for a villa with the following:

3 bedrooms
Pool
A/C
one story if possible
great view
Privacy

Our budget allows us up to $3000 but would prefer to be in the $2,500 range. I have looked at Cruz Bay and Bordeaux Mtn area. I plan on renting a jeep and don't mind driving as I see it as a way to explore. I would also like to know where I could rent kayaks on the island. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can rent kayaks at Cinnamon Bay. Is this your first visit?

I'd highly recommend Morgan Point out on Maria Bluff, which my family stayed at last June. It meets all of your criteria.

Yes, this will be my first visit to St. John. I am really excited about taking my family on a Caribbean vacation. We have been saving for this trip for quite some time and I want to make it a fantastic experience. Thank you for the Casa Bueno recommendation. It looks like a fantastic property.

Splash in Great Cruz Bay might be a perfect fit for your family. You can see it at www.caribbeanvilla.com Gull Cottage is great as well and is right next door but one bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We have stayed at both and love the location.
