Some Casa Bueno Questions

Hey gang - I know that a number of forumites have stayed at this villa, so ahead of our upcoming stay there, along with two newbie couples, I hope that some of you may have some answers to help me, as the designated "planner".
I emailed Marc Miller, the property manager and he told me that the grill there was just replaced this past summer, so that's good, and that there is a single serve Keurig style coffee maker as well as a "standard" (drip, I assume) machine. That combo should be more than sufficient.
So...what type of sound system do they have? Is there an IPod/MP3 jack available? Any poolside/outdoor speakers?
Are there safes in any/all of the bedrooms?
If you've used two or three bedrooms were any of the others unlocked (may need a "snore room")?
Ample parking/turnaround room for two or more vehicles?
The people we're traveling with are very easygoing, and the villa (and the whole island) are spectacular, so none of this is make-or-break type stuff, but it may help me help them to decide what to bring, etc.
Thanks folks!

We were there 3 years ago, just after a change in ownership and before the new owners had even stayed there, so I won't attempt much of an answer as changes have no doubt occurred.
Parking for three jeeps... possible, I think; turning might be a little tight. The driveway is short, paved, and steep.
(a few pics of the driveway and parking are on the CB FB page...

Our group also has need for a snore room (love that term, BTW). Are STJ villas moving towards locking off rooms?

Hi Augie - We were there July 2011. The driveway is steep and not much room to move around with 2 jeeps not sure you could do 3- might be tricky. The 3 rooms in the villa were all unlocked when we were there but the other room with outside access was locked - we were a family of four so did not need it. I would ask Marc Miller if that room would be unlocked as that would be an excellent snore room only the outside creatures will hear you. I do not believe there were outside speakers but they did have several cd's, etc just not sure as we did not use it much. The safe was in one of the downstair rooms. Casa Bueno is a great house, I hope you enjoy it as much as us. We are headed to Bay Rum Breeze this July and so excited. Have a great trip and any other questions just let me know.

I think many of them will lock off the rooms that aren't paid for (e.g., if you pay a rate for 6 people and the villa sleeps 8.) My understanding is that this is so they don't have to clean the extra room, wash the sheets, pay for AC in it at night, etc. And perhaps it's to ensure that someone doesn't pay for a smaller number than what their group actually is. It seems fair to me if they give renters a reduced rate for smaller groups.

Augie,
It has been 3 years since we were there so some changes may have been made in the sound system. When we were there, no outdoor speakers, decent indoor sound system, MP3 plug in port but need to bring your own MP3 cord.
A short but steep driveway up to the parking area. Could probably park 3 jeeps but if all 3 were parked, first one out would probably have to back down the driveway. This is doable and would not be too difficult.
