Does anybody know anything about the Pond Bay development?

Has the construction started yet?

As far as I know, they got approval but not sure they have broken ground.
Someone at Tradewinds may know or Miles Stair at Holiday Homes....

They have not yet broken ground, but swear it will happen soon.
