United Changed My Flight!

Okay I just checked my October flight and now of course the flights have been modified and I only have a 25 min. layover in Puerto Rico - not sure what to do.
If I call them, they will most likely force me to the later Cape Air flight - which means I will have a 3 and 1/2 hour layover.
I know Cape Air never leaves on time - but still concerned....
