OOPS villa help please

Did you ever buy tickets and then UH OH not find a villa that works? Any help much appreciated with our last minute trip!
2 adults and 2 teens, only must haves are a/c and a peaceful area. We hoped we could find a good last minute deal for July 21st to the 1st of August but either we got cheaper or the villas got pricier!
I am in villa overload mode, help me please!

Thanx people and good point Pia! They are 13 and 17, and will share a room with two beds if that's all we can find. Our budget is a little like limbo: how low can we go? No offense to STJ and all of us who love it, but I am a little over the fact that a one week sleep somewhere costs the same as the used vw we looked at for our kid!
