Sunrise Photo & Sad News

Sunrise this morning.
This morning there were no cats jumping around breaking stuff, the dog was her usual sleeping in self,
and Buster was sound asleep curled up under my arm when I woke up.
So, for a nice change of pace, no one's to blame for this morning's photo.
The sad news: Blake the orphaned whitetail fawn that my friends and I tried to rescue passed away Thursday morning.
His death was sudden and unexpected, Blake's blog has the story here:

I'm so sorry to have to report this sad news. We did our best to save Blake and are devastated by his loss.
I hope you like this morning's sunrise photo. Even though Buster isn't to blame for it,
he's still the best one-eyed pet rooster a girl could ever have and I love him dearly. -c
