Any construction on Seagrape Hill??

Looking at a villa for end of summer and was wondering if there is any construction going on in the area?

Yes I know there is one forum member adding a new home but when at the end of summer as I know they are leaving (I believe) at the end of August.
Having said that you never really know when construction will start anywhere on St John - might be quiet now but tomorrow a digger might show up

We stayed at Villa Adeste this past april and never noticed any construction. Most noise we heard was from the donkeys. Villa Adeste (VRBO) was great villa, would highly recommend it.

We are at Reef Madness this week, and yes, there is construction. Not loud, but busy. It's a little scary meeting a big truck on the hairpin turn road, but they have been very good about backing up or pulling over.
