I'm bunching myself into those who can't get there yet...
I was convinced,for a while, that it was just me dealing with Northeast attitudes...(don't mean to generalize...) that makes me want to go back sooner,and sooner,...
Sometimes folks simply don't know how to "take their time..."
Just want to relax my shoulders again.
I miss those flavors & humours; from the mellow kinetic energy,to the colors of the water,the squeeze of the sand through my toes, the scents on the breeze,the local foods,as well as the locals themselves.
Boy Howdy, do I hope to return sooner, than later,and so on,and so on,and so on...
Happy for yous guys that are heading there soon.
Not trying to complain,- just hoping to join yous on the beach sometime soon!

Aww Jim, it's such a bummer that you and your Sweet Amy aren't heading down any time soon. But I'm sending you good thoughts and vibes that somehow, just somehow, it will happen.

Maybe it would help if you try start planning. Look at villas or condos, check flights, look ahead.

Jim,it's been a year since we both have been on the rock.When I last seen you,you were under the weather.{Beach Bar Gathering}I will not make it back this year,but it looks promising for the next.2 weeks next time baby!!!

Although I am lucky to be going down to SJ in July for the 11th straight year there is a very good chance it will be my last due to hubby's health, our age and well - money.... all that good stuff that gets in the way of life.
I hate to say it but I am already grieving. I can't imagine not having a SJ trip to look forward to.
But....my dad always said STOP DREAMING YOU DIE....so
KEEP DREAMING AND YOU'LL BE BACK!!!

I have not been there for 2 years due to the economy, so I feel your pain. I for one miss reading your reports..I learned so much..like unpacking . Chin up!

With the exception of 1 teaser day last December, it's been 3 years since our last decompression session. I'm sitting pretty right now...2 months out and it couldn't come soon enough! Hope you make it back sooner rather than later!
