We ran into theshopper3 and her contingent in Ft Lauderdale. We were quite a gaggle going on about STJ. With luck, we'll hit the 3pm CA ferry. But, there's something about a Children's Parade in CA slowing things down?

By the way, the Spirit Air terminals at DCA and Ft. Lauderdale were both goat ropes.

NoTanLines are in our villa, unpacked and heading out to meet the forum gang at the Beach Bar after some dinner. We had a smaller ferry from CA with a little bit of chop, but no problem. We saw Spicey Ruth when we got off the ferry.

The villa rep/maintenance guy Pete said that he had been dealing with some rain issues but that things were shaping up for a great week.

The terminial goat rope was not a goat euthenasia program! There was two bathrooms for thousands and one or two concessionaires at Ft. Lauderdale airport. We were forewarned and had snacks and drinks for the second leg of our flight.
