Anyone know which agency handles Le Chateau?

So I was checking out Feb 2012 tickets ($526 total for Sat-Sat, early morning, early STT arrival, which I think is a great high season price) and poked around at villas.
Le Chateau always interested me. It used to be managed by Catered To but when I searched today, it is no longer on their site and I can't find it through the other major agencies.
Anyone familar with the villa and/or know which agency manages it?
This is the only site that lists it -

I wonder if it went off the rental market?
I've stayed next door to Chateau twice (at Cinnamon Tarn). I also did some reseach into staying there a couple of years ago. I remember that the master bedroom is in a loft-like setting (no doors), so open to the great room below it from a sound perspective. I was also told that the second bedroom is not remotely equal to the master. Chateau's pool is visible from Cinnamon Tarn. Depending on your group makeup those factors may or may not be problems.

I believe it's currently off the rental market. I agree with everything that liamsaunt has stated. We also stayed at Cinnamon Tarn several times and had actually rented le Chateau but after we had an opportunity to see the villa prior to our actually staying there we decided against this villa because the bedrooms are so unequal.
If it were on the rental market I would consider renting it if it were only my husband and myself. The view from up there is stunning.

I saw on one of the St. John realty sites (can't remember which one) that Le Chateau sold about a year ago.
Do you think some lucky person has made it their residence & not just a vacation home that they also rent out?
The views from that place look stunning! And the fact that it sits on quite a chunk of Catherineberg land, well what a gem.

Our head count for the next trip is in question as our friends expressed an interest in going somewhere else. So it might just be our little family next year.
I have had my eye on it ever since 2005 when the Catered To maitenance guy told us it was his favorite house on the island. It never worked for a group trip because of the bedrooms.
