I was a Coral Bay skeptic as well 
Breakfast at the Donkey Diner(try the coffee and hash - YUM!), a ride over to Lamshure for a dip and a snorkel as well as a little exploring, after the beach a stop at The Tourist Trap for a DRKL and some pulled pork nachos, happy hour cocktails back at the villa, Aqua Bistro for dinner, a stroll over to Island Blues for a cocktail and some tunes before heading back to the Villa, wash/rinse/repeat...

And there's always "Plan B" - you really can call either plan A or B 
Donkey Diner for breakfast - this time a Donkey Mess (can you tell I love the Donkey Diner?), head out toward the East End, maybe a hike to Browns Bay or a snorkel at Haulover to work off that breakfast, then head over to Vies beach to just chill for the afternoon, of course grabbing some johnny cakes and a Red Stripe, on the way back a stop a Skinny's for a couple "drink of the day", Villa to refresh then Shiprwreck for dinner... its all good
