The Water near the shore looks a little odd. It almost looks like a fuel plume but I don't see any surface sheen. The brown is weird, though. Anyone else seeing it? 10:33am Monday April 9.

I see it. It wasn't there last time I looked (maybe an hour ago).
I don't know what it is, though. Hope it doesn't get bigger...

Fuel is bad but it could be something even more offensive (but not as harmful) like a large holding tank having been emptied- YUCK. The reason i don't even like to wade in at Cruz Bay.

Some lady is having her pic taken, waving to cam with that brown background. Boy will she be disappointed.

Looks like it just rained and that would be runoff off of the raods and parking lots

Yesterday and earlier today we have had some drenching downpours - it looks to be hillside runoff, sediment that is described as 'non-point pollution' and is more common when there is hillside construction starting and lot clearing of brush, which usually holds the soil in place, or excavation that overflows the containment barriers, if there were any, - it is sunny right now but I have collected over 2.5 inches in the rain gauge over the last 48 hours.
