We do, $10-$20 depending on how much time/effort is expended. When we get in late and want to stop by Starfish on our way to the villa we tip more, if we are just met and walked to a condo at Grande Bay, the lesser amount.

What about taxi drivers. How much should they be tipped. Since this is our first trip, I really don't want to offend anyone.

We always rent a car, so can't answer taxi question. If your property manager does something extraordinary for you to solve a problem with your rental that represents some sort of emergency, then you might want to leave them something at the end of your trip; otherwise, no.
We have used one property manager more than any other - Nancy Hedlund at Caribe Havens. She is friendly, informative, competent, responsive (she came all the way out to Calabash boom from Cruz Bay just to drop off a boom box when the one at our rental didn't work) and expects nothing more than you enjoy your stay. Nancy is the best!

Might be a stupid question but I will ask anyway....what if the owner of the villa meets you at the ferry and you follow him to the villa....does an owner expect to get tipped?

We tip the villa greeter and they always seem surprised. They definitely do not expect a tip.

I wouldn't tip an owner who showed the villa.
We tip taxi drivers 10-20%. When we were there last we didn't have a car for 6 days so we used taxis a lot. Most seemed to appreciate a tip no matter how small.
