Fatty Crab Chef on Food Network's Chopped

Funny last night my husband and I were watching Chopped on the Food Network and one of the contestants was the chef from Fatty Crab. Looks like they will re-air it:

His name is Corwin Kava, he is the executive chef @ both locations, St John & New York! And he won! Its the March 13th 2012 episode! Yummy! Can't wait....27 days until we land!

We also watched it and heard him mention he learned to make johnny cakes in St John. Hubby says Fatty Crab is a must stop on our next trip. Wonder where he vacationed with his winnings since he lives in our paradise!
