The upstairs at Castaways in Cruz Bay is supposed to be a sports bar. Not the greatest ambiance though IMHO.

If you really want to watch the game without a whole lot of distraction, The Fish Trap is probably going to be your best bet. They have an inside bar with a handful of tables, and a great big TV. It's not a big 'party' bar, and it's away from the regular dining room.
High Tide also plays sports on their TVs, but they are also more of a bar, and there will be more distraction there.
