Does anyone know which upper units have been updated and if any have sofa beds? Thinking of staying there this summer but am not sure how it would work out with 3 - 2 adults and a kid.

I think they all have sofa beds. I do not know which have been updated, but believe most of them have been.

As a side note. Privacy is not very good in the uppers, if that is a concern, since the main bedroom is open in the upstairs loft. We have found the lowers to actually be more private and still has a sofa bed for a child.

All of the units owned by St. John Suites have been updated to my knowledge. The front desk can tell you exactly which ones have not.
