July temps and BVI

We have just returned from STJ and can't wait til next spring to get back!
What are temps like in July? What about rain/hurricanes?
We were thinking of visiting the BVI at that time to take advantage of low season rates.
Of all the BVI, does anyone recommend staying at one in particular?
Any villa recommendations that are not too expensive?
I trust this forum with any advice! Thank you!

July is one of the hottest months with temperatures in the mid to high 80s. And in the evening after the sun goes down it is still very warm, unlike the winter months where the evenings are cool.

I have a preference to Tortola in the BVI. For a villa I recommend Fort Recovery.

July is hot. I would probably not rent a villa without AC that month. I have enjoyed staying in Cane Garden Bay on Tortola. White Bay Villas is a nice option on JVD, but there are other options that I'm not familiar with. I also like Anegada - Neptunes Treasure (not a villa)
