Weather in July

Hi All,
Another quick question...how is the weather at the end of July in STJ? We've only been in April and going to STJ during hurricane season makes me a little "nervous"!

It's hot and humid then but the water is a lot warmer than it is in April.
Hurricane season extends from June until September/October and most of our trips have been during that time. We've never had a problem but anything can happen. Bad weather is more likely to occur during the latter part of hurricane season.

we have gone in July for the last 10 years. We always leave July 5 or shortly thereafter (dogs are afraid of fireworks so we must be home for the 4th). We go for 2 - 3 1/2 weeks and have always had great weather. It is HOT and HUMID but the water is warm and calm. We love July in St John
