Being an avid trail runner, wondering if anyone has a favorite trail to run on St. John? Would like to run a few trails while I am on vacation.

This map should help you.
I like to trail run too, but a lot of STJ is either straight up or straight down and so steep that most of the time you feel like you're running in place when you're trying to go up hill and about fall on your face when you're going down.
My favorite is Leinster. You can park at the Annaberg Ruins and start there...for a mile or so, it hugs the coastline and is relatively flat. Then it turns into the Johnny Horn/Brown Bay trail and starts to get real hilly. But it's doable and there are ruins along the way.
Another okay one would be parking at the National Park dock/office and running the Lindpoint trail all the way to Canneel and back...you go by Salomon and Honeymoon beaches. Views from the trail aren't great, but it's not too hilly.
Hope that helps.

I'd recommend two trail runs: Cruz Bay to Caneel (and back), and an out an back on the Johnny Horn trail (past Waterlemon). Nice a rolling, no super steep ascents/descents. Lampshire Bay to Reef Bay up to the waterfall could be good too. Also, Ram's Head (but hot during in the midday sun).
