I heard through some FB posts that Quiet Mon is closing due to a lawsuit. Anyone know anything about this? This is very sad news if it is true.

There's not a whole lot of detailed information, but basically it sounds like someone partied too hard, hurt themselves somehow (fell down the stairs?), sued the Quiet Mon and Quiet Mon now has to close - - it wasn't clear if they are closing because they lost the lawsuit and can't pay the damages or if they couldn't pay to fight the lawsuit. That's all I could figure out... was hoping someone had some more information.

Oh good Lord.....you drink too much, you get drunk? Hot coffee is Hot? You pull on a big machine and it falls on you? Someone ought to sue the Lawyers for taking frivolous law suits......JMHO.

I sure hope they don't close.

Now that's a case I might be willing to take pro bono! I can get admitted in the USVI Discticr Court in a flash

God help us if someone gets hurt going into the water on STJ!

...and we were planning to enjoy Champions League matches at the Quiet Mon in April.
