Sorry!!! July for 2 weeks, we will have a 6, 3, and 1 year old. And we would like to keep it under $3200/wk. We normally have the kids sleep in our room on an air mattress if that helps. Thanks again!

If it helps, here is a link to a previous thread about child friendly villas.

We also keep our child in our room on vacation, it is the only way I can sleep when we are in a strange house with a pool.

We really liked Splendore. I remember the bedrooms being rather large. Our son was in a Peapod bed and we had plenty of room. I suspect you may be able to get all three in with you. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house. The one bedroom is accessed from the kitchen, through a pantry/laundry area and then into the bedroom. There are two sets of doors leading to the bedroom. Maybe you could eek out extra space there. The house does not have full AC, only in the bedrooms.

Trying to understand why you listed inside as a bedroom requirement...

I think because she has little ones.

Check out Morgan Point. 3 bedrooms, all on one floor, full AC. You have to go out the door and down the driveway a bit to get to the pool, so no worries about a wandering toddler in the middle of the night

HA!! We have small children so I wanted a villa with bedrooms that have inside entry as opposed to leaving the main house and having to go out to another room!

I like interior access for the bedrooms, too, even though our 'little ones' are now teens.

We like Coral Bay, and for our last trip we stayed at Rhumb Runners. 2 bedrooms with interior access (they are on the 2nd floor) and each with its own bathroom. Main floor has the kitchen, dining/great room and a powder room. Nice big pool and deck with amazing views. It's high up a curvy road, but the road is paved all the way. I would definitely stay here again. http://www.vrbo.com/139522

The pool is off the deck and there is not a locking gate, so that's a consideration with your little ones.

Another one that I haven't seen in person but gets good reviews here is Bay House (also Coral Bay). It also has 2 BR with interior access and a pool. http://www.caribbeandays.com/st_john/1227_bay_house/

Others I haven't seen myself but have kept on a list because they have interior access are:
Caneel Trailside Cottage http://www.caneeltrailside.com/inside.html

Consider Le Lapin II from Caribbean Villas. Pool is gated, kids are free, and they have a bath tub (pretty rare for St. John). Beginning of July is taken, but the second half is open.

Thanks for all the ideas, we're narrowing down our list! Has anyone ever stayed at Orion's Hill?

We loved Villa Jumbie.
Wonderful,wonderful home.
There's 2 bdrms, one is upstairs,so not sure whether or not you'd feel comfortable with the little ones. There is,however, a sofabed that's right in the living room just outside the main floor bedroom.
We loved it.
Good luck, and always-
Smiles-
