Sunset View Villa Recommendation?

I am researching villa`s that have a great sunset view from the deck area. We stayed at Cloud 9 last year and it had a great sunset view and we really liked the villa. We are planning our next trip in June of 2013, and I`m just curious if anyone has other villa recommendations in case Cloud 9 is not available. We have a budget of $3,000.00 and would like to have AC,and a pool would be nice, but is not a must have for the villa.
Thanks for any advice or recommendations.

How many people and bedrooms? If you are a couple or several couples, Gallows Point has a great sunset view.

jumper,

we too love c9's views and one level living. might look at 3 neighboring gifft hill villa with almost same views and floor plans: palm (next door to c9)& coconuts on main rd at turn off to c9 both handled by car villas and plumeria which is just above c9 and is handled by cateredto. none have great room ac but plumeria has a large gazebo and a covered porch across front of great room which would help block lake afternoon sun. plam has master bedroom added off left rear of gt rm.

we've also enjoyed great sunset views from treasure ridge and magic view on upper rockridge rd. more convenient to cruz bay but not as high up as c9. may not get sun sets in june when sun actually sets north of stt but sunsets were wonderful in dec.

Cloud 9 doesn't seem to sit up very high..Are there good breezes? Also the pool looks really small, but is probably big enough? The view looks great though! Can you share feedback on those since you are there now? and have a great time!!
I have seen several people recommend Allesandra and that looks nice too. I think either place would be good..

We are going to try and reserve Cloud 9, but I am looking for other options just in case it is booked. Sea Forever looks really nice, but it is out of our budget, we need to be at $3,000.00 and no more. With the summer rates we have a few nice choices in the price range.

Cloud 9 is #1 on our selection list, but we our looking for #2 and #3 on our list.

Thanks again for any info. or suggestions.

The views are stunning. The breezes perfect! We specifically chose this villa for the main house having air condition... but we haven't needed it. The design to the house is amazing for cross breezes. The pool is not huge... but we have yet to get into it. We never want to eat out in the evenings because the view is most incredible from the deck. I will be posting more pics, but feel free to email me specific questions.

They both look like great villas, but they are out of my price range.

I second everything Papabou said. Let me add one more villa on the same road as C9. Seawatch is the villa to the right, as you gaze upon STT, just up the hill.

I have looked at every villa on that road, and the fact the C9 is completely AC'ed, plus the views, plus the pool, plus dealing with Allen and Linda, not to ignore the *much* lower price than *all* their neighboring villas, makes it impossible to beat, IMHO.

We'll be there in August, for the 5th time in as many years. This is why:
