We was heading back from Snorkeling Frances Bay and we were out deep in the grassy area and there was the ??? Ray. He was eating so his body was sandy. I don't know how to photo correct video so a little clowdy. Any suggestions how to correct welcomed. It was so neat watching. It is my first attempt at video. When the ray and ???? Ray met up the larger Ray won out on the feeding area.

I think spotted eagle ray minus one long tail. I wonder how much he needs that tail?
Great find! Thanks for sharing!

yup the big one is a spotted eagle ray sans tail (poor guy) and the little one is a brown ray....
the really big ones are Manta rays (i think the tibetan joke came from MantRa ray, as in meditation......)

Very nice. I've never seen both types of rays together. I hope to spot lots of rays on our trip this year. Thanks for posting these pictures and your other reports.

Great pictures! We were there a few weeks ago and saw them at Salt Pond & Watermelon Cay. Saw lots of turtles too. Can't wait till we can come back!
