USVI-On-Line

I know the British Virgin Islands charge a $25 per person customs fee but does the US Customs charge a fee like this for non-US citizens? Just curious...

Hmmm... I don't think US Customs charges non-US residents. It's been 3 years since I've been to the USVI but I have never been charged a fee.
