my car rental, should I be worried?

So, after calling 6 different rental places I started calling some of the places that are a little less written about on this forum. I finally found an opening at Best Car Rental. I booked last week, and have yet to receive a confirmation email, and she could give me a time frame for pick up the morning we are getting the Jeep. Does anyone have experience with this company?? Thanks in advance.
