Has anybody out there used L&L Jeep Rental Before. I can't seem to find where they are located. I'm under the gun to get a rental for Feb. Everybody else seems to be booked up for the Jeep I want.

We used them about 4 years ago. Pick up and drop off at the ferry dock. Good car, no drama. I think the price was fair.

I would like to recommend that you check out Trip Advisor for a recent report on L & L before you decide to go with them. I have no interest in whether you rent there or not and have never done so myself, just read one person's recent experience.

Have you tried Bougainvillea Leasing? I had luck getting a jeep within a couple weeks some years ago. It's worth a try.

I am currently having an unpleasant experience with them & we aren't even there yet!

We have used L&L multiple times and have always been pleased with their service, vehicles and price. No complaints here.

Used Bougainvillea first of november, would use them again.

Mel here of Mel and Sarah or as we would refer to ourselves (4W). I second Bulganvilla Rentals (Don Schenell). I should have a credit there you can use if they'll give it to you for the day we booked the car and never used it. LOL

I agree with Toes, have been dealing with L&L over the past 5 years and always look forward to Kurt's smiling face at the dock in Cruz Bay. Have always been easy to deal with. I wish they could at least explain their side of that trip advisor story, it is pretty harsh.

SusieQT, please let us know the outcome of your problem with them. This whole thing with the TA post has me curious whether Levi and Kurt are having problems or if it is an isolated incident. I've never read a bad review of them until very recently.

Use them every year we go. Have never had any issues at all. Kurt and Levi are quick and efficient. Already have the Jeep reserved for this coming Summer.

Thanks all for your input. I was able to find the Jeep Liberty I wanted at O'Connor. They were the 9th different rental company I contacted. Nothing against L&L but I was looking for a specific car.

We used them for three visits and never had a problem. They were always at the dock for pick up and drop off. The jeeps were clean and reliable. They were also very prompt in responding to emails for confirmations etc. If we ever get back, I'd use them again.
