Hawksnest on a Cruise Ship Day?

In addition to Trunk, I know that Hawksnest is always a little more populated of those beaches on the North Shore.
We've never been to either on a cruise ship day. Can someone tell me if Hawksnest is super crowded as well? I'm thinking maybe not so much due to the fact there are no services besides restrooms and no taxis's waiting?
Input???
Will be there in a few weeks for the day and still trying to decide between Hawksnest and Honeymoon!

It can be busy as it is the first beach that you come to on the North Shore so the taxi's can drop groups off there (especially those that arrive from a cruise and say "what is the closest beach - take us there) and get back to town quickly for the next fare.

I have noticed that Hawksnest and Maho parking is tight on weekends. Most of the vehicles appear to be local or at least not rentals. I imagine they are poplar beaches for locals on the weekends (especially Sunday).

If we take a taxi to Hawksnest for the day what are the chances of getting one to take us back to Cruz Bay when we want to leave. We're staying on island, not renting a car though. I really dont want to arrange a pick up time with a driver, I'd just like to hop on a taxi when we feel like leaving the beach.
I sure wish STJ would do the $1 taxis like STT does. We've got that all figured out and can get around very inexpensive.

Easy from Hawsknest as they are always going past on the return from Trunk, Cinnamon, Caneel etc and will stop and pick you up.
