Renting a villa in high season

Are there any villa rental companies that will rent for five nights during February?
You may need to look at a condo rather than a villa but some villas do if it will perfectly fill a gap in their schedule. Even if their sites specify minimum booking is 1-week only, take a peek at their calendars & if they have a 5-night gap, and your schedule is flexible enough to fit into it, ask away--they may even give you a little discount on the price.
On the other hand, some will let you book only 5 nights but may charge a surcharge for that (usually about $100 or so, in my experience).
