I wish I would of had my camera with me this morning as the drive into work at 6 a.m. was magical. We just had 12 inches of wet heavy snow and while it did cut off power due to tree damage to 60,000 some people, the snow on the trees and the fog this morning was mystical.
It was 18 degrees last night and 50 today with temps in the low 70s this weekend. Sunscreen (and some wearig bikini tops...not me!)on the slopes this weekend for sure!

there is a storm coming our way in PA with the heavy, wet, bring-down-the-trees warning. We had a similar storm two years ago and it was a mess because most of our trees still have leaves.

Stay safe, PA Girl. We had an October storm several years ago that knocked down trees and transformers all over Buffalo. It was a mess, and our power was out for 9 days! Saw some flakes here yesterday. So glad we'll be back in St. John a week from tomorrow!

Sure Terry rub it in. UT resorts won't open till mid nov. Which is fine, cause I'll be in STJ next sat.
BuffaloGal - You'll be in STJ next sat? If you see a large Red Headed Guy taking photos on the beach. That would be me. Say hello. BTW like the avatar pic.

We're suppose to take off for St. John at 6 AM Sunday morning and they're predicting a Nor'easter with up to 12 inches of snow on Saturday. All I can say is that I'm gonna sleep at the airport and shovel the runway myself if I have to!!
