Fishing & BVI visiting in 1 day?

Hi,
Are there charters that could accommodate fishing and visiting an island together? We would charter privately. Our kids are 8 & 10, but have been shark fishing off of Hilton Head, and have been fishing in the Fl Keys. But, fishing for a few hours is plenty for me!
