Gallows Point Remodeling Activity

Does anyone know the extent of the remodeling work at Gallows point right now? Will it affect a stay at the end of the month?

We were there the end of August during Irene. The units at that time being worked on were in buildings 11, 9, 8 and maybe 4. There was some skill saw action as I believe they were cutting tiles. They are scheduled to be done in October so I think that should be winding down. The resort was empty and delightful. There was less noise down by the water. If you are gone all day it is a non issue. If you stay at Gallows during the day you "may" hear occasional noise but nothing that I would say would be a negative. The rates are great right now. Gallows is awesome. Enjoy!
