Update CSA Travel Experience

Just wanted to update on our experience. If you remember, my parents traveled in mid July and returned home early due to my grandfather passing away. My parents had CSA travel insurance and after providing the appropriate documentation, they received a check for their lost rental car and villa time. They also received reimbursement for what US Air charged them to change their airfare. They received the reimbursement check about 1 month after providing documentation. Obviously my parents were very happy with CSA. We will continue to use them when we travel!

That's great to hear Nic.
I'm still waiting. It was my Mom that got sick and ended up in the hospital with blood clots in her lungs. She was in the hospital for 14 days.
I have supplied all the necessary information, and maybe they got backlogged with Irene and all the cancellations, but I'm hoping this gets resolved soon.
The last thing I had to do was get a special form from the hospital so that they could release all of her records to CSA.
Hopefully, this will take care of everything and we can get our 1200.00 + loss back because of course, we've already paid that bill.
