This was our last full day on island. We let the kids decide which beach for the day. Instead of a new beach they wanted to go back to Francis. So off we went and had a great snorkel and again we saw turtles. I think there were 4 or 5 swimming around us. It was a great end to our last snorkel day. We only stayed for a couple hours as we had lots of things to do for our last day. Back to the villa for one last swim while hubby cleaned the jeep out. Then we headed into town where my daughter wanted to get her hair braided. This was the only time on STJ where we felt uneasy. As we passed Uncle Joe's on the left and down a bit there were some guys there who did not like certain tourists. There language was absolutely terrible every work out of there mouth. Anyway, my daughter got her hair braided and this made her entire trip - she was so happy.

ok - sorry continuing did not want to lose the trip report again. After getting her hair done we headed again to High Tide to get a drink - we love this place. Has great drinks and the view is wonderful.
Back to our villa we go to get ready for dinner at Shipwreck. This was also our first meal and we loved it. The people were very friendly and just felt very
relaxed here. Had a wonderful dinner but ordered to much. We could not take our leftovers home as we were leaving the next day.

Went back to the villa, cleaned up, had a few more drinks on the deck with a full moon - you can't beat that for your last night and then went to bed. The next morning we had to get up early to get the jeep back and make the 9:00 ferry.

It has been great fun reading your TR ~ sorry that it is coming to an end!
Beautiful braids ~ how long did that take? I don't think my daughter would be still long enough!
Love the photo of the view from High Tide. We will have to make that a "must do" next summer!
Thanks for such great trip reports!
