Day 5: Boat day on *Palm Tree Charters!!*
OOOOH! I could hardly sleep last night! I kept dreaming that the alarm didn't go off and we looked out the window and Palma Bella was gone!
Luckily it was only a dream and I started peeking at the clock at 5:13 a.m. . . . 5:47 a.m. . . . 6:22 a.m. . . . oh what the heck! I'm getting up!
Coffee & breakfast sandwiches- check!
Swimsuit, cover-up, hat, no makeup-check!
Snorkel Gear, towels, sunscreen, camera in beach bag-check!
Liquid refreshments and snacks-check! check!
8 a.m. quick pick up by CODEN and we were at the NP Dock in just a few minutes with Laxcat and hubby ready to go! Capt. John was just pulling up so we all climbed aboard and headed over to the North Shore!

Beautiful beaches, beautiful mega villas and wonderful tales about the history of the islands.

Hawksnest Beach at Caneel Bay

Tiny shacks on Peter Bay

The customs house on Whistling Cay
I just love seeing St. John from the water and you would think it was a tiny island but when you are on a boat the island just goes on and on and on!

Time for a little jello shot break! Black Cherry & Cruzan Coconut Rum! YUM! Cheers to all the jello shot aficionados out there! You know who you are!!

Moving right along, we made our way up to the *Indians* and Caves at Norman Island for unbelievable snorkeling!

We saw really cool colorful fish that I don't know the name of (and our crappy underwater disposable camera sprung a leak and could not be developed) so if you want to see what I saw, just go over to Liamsaunt's trip report and that's what it looked like!!
Next stop: *THE WILLY T!* for lunch!!

I got the LAST Anegada swordfish special! And it was only noon! Yummy!:D
Suddenly boats came out of nowhere to tie up to the Willy T. There were no spots left so boats tied up to other boats and they had to walk from boat onto boat to get on board! What's this place like in high season
I had a fleeting thought that I could jump off the back of the boat like some other forumites that I won't mention, but when I looked down to see how far it was I quickly changed my mind!
Plus there's a sign that says no jumping so I had to follow the rules~

The captain said it was time to go so off we went into the wild blue yonder . . .

We took a leisurely ride over to Sandy Cay~ AHHH~

And then Sandy Spit~ Double AHHHHH~

See that black cloud? Rain showers a comin'mon!
Capt. John got us the heck outta there with barely a sprinkle and zoomed over to his favorite spot of all . . .
White Bay at Jost Van Dyke!! We totally chilled on the beach and we were so relaxed in my Painkiller happy place that I forgot to take pictures! You'll just have to imagine how peaceful our afternoon was~~~~
Time just flew by and the next thing we knew we were back on the boat and heading for home sweet home singing "toes in the water, ass in the sand
Not a worry in the world, a cold beer in my hand
Life is good today, life is good today~~~~~
