A different look at under-capitalization :)

I don't know the original source; this was sent to me by a teacher...
In the world of high-tech gadgetry, I've noticed that more and more people who send text messages and emails have long forgotten the art of capitalization.
For those of you who fall into this category, please take note of the following statement.
"Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse."

Loved it...and very timely after a conversation with a friend about making his kids spell correctly when texting (i.e., you can have a phone and text, but you must spell correctly). I am going to make sure he reminds them to use proper capitalization as well!

Old school here. Cursive, penmanship, caps and punctuation said a lot about a person. Texting makes me crazy. I am not good or quick with texting. I need a stylus. The beautiful art of written communication is a thing of the past.

Amen! and the bad thing is many of the "gadgets" don't even capatalize when you start a new sentence. Now spelling... I wish the forum had spell check!
