I am live from St John Spice

I am sitting at Ruth's desk after dropping a wad of cash on Spices!
Just thought I would give a quick real time report!
The weather is beautiful and we are having a wonderful time. The villa is nice, great view and nice breezes but there is no AC in the bedroom in the main house so it is pretty warm at night. The part is on order and will not be in until NEXT Tuesday. The villa is also a bit sparse, not too many extras and definately not enough towels. We have done laundry once already, but no worries---It is St John after all.
We are heading out to the beach bar for lunch and then Zozo's for dinner tonight for Chip's birthday celebration.
There is a rum drink calling me so I am signing off for now. I lost count but I think I only have a bout 40 drinks to go to make it to 111. Painkillers on Jost just go down so easy!

I am sitting here in my office, typing up an explanation for City Council on how to use a point factor system to do a comprehensive compensation analysis and eating an apple and a can of plain tuna. Sunshine, sand, beach bar, rum....I am SO ENVIOUS!
Have enough fun for all of us who are suffering in our offices, X!

Have fun XIG! Thanks for the real time report! I too am envious . . . just made myself some pizza on a torilla and some Crystal Light. Your rum drink, beach bar, and Zozo's sound sooooo much better!! Have a great time!

Eating taco bell and devising a PR & outreach strategy for new transportation authority here in NoVA.
My only saving grace is that exactly 1 week form this moment I will be in Las Vegas for a much needed mini-break.
And as all can tell by my Taco bell reference I do NOT have a STJ body!

Lunch is McDonald's for me. I am rushing around, only 12 hours of work left, trying to close my books for the YEAR. I don't know why I always insist on booking vacation when our year end is 3/31!! Oh well, it motivates me to get everything closed
