At the intersection where the road from the gas station turns to head by the car barge dock on way back to town. As you come away from town on the one-way toward Starfish, it is at the stop sign next to the welding shed where porch rails are made. I hope this is some help.

It was the only way I knew how to describe the location.

I think you did an excellent job in describing the location. And, I copied and pasted your instructions into my spreadsheet. So we are good to go.

Exactly what I was thinking- too funny! Made perfect sense to me, too.

Is there any parking there, or do you have to go around the block while some one jumps out and picks up their order?

Deejayjay, you're right....that's hysterical! The only thing missing in those directions is some reference to what USED to be in one of those locations.
Bert, yes, there is parking in the lot to the right of her building. They are sometimes particular about where in that lot you park, but they are very polite and kind when directing you. If you park in the wrong place, they'll come out and ask you move to where they want you. There's truck traffic coming in and out of that lot and they try to keep cars out of the way.

I remember once getting directions and one of them was where the cow used to be and I knew what they were talking about.

Where is Candi's BBQ? It's in my belly right now. Had some excellent ribs, rice, and plantains tonight and just polished it off looking at the sunset from Gifft Hill.
FWIW, much better than Uncle Joes.

You might also say it is on the right if you are headed towards town from Starfish Market, you know, where so many visitors decide to go up the wrong way on a one way street! If I had a dollar for every time someone has gone up that way without a care, until of course a car comes at them!
