Just poked around, and this joint looks pretty interesting.

Sorry, I have no info on Isla Tesoro, but it is one of the villas we were looking into for our next trip.
Their listing on VRBO doesn't seem to show the availability any longer, but when it did, many months into next spring were booked solid consecutively as if the owners would be staying there during that period (just guessing). It's probably a good idea to ask the management if your dates are even available for rent. As I recall, next May seemed to be open on their calendar but that was a while ago. Good luck.

Now, that explains those blocked solid dates well into next spring on their calendar. A pool is great - the rental price will most likely go up, though.
