My homage to the tropical drink tonight was a San Pellegrino with a fresh strawberry.

And for dinner Tilapia dusted with VooDoo spice from STJ Spice (YUM) topped with grilled vegetable bruschetta, braised leeks and bok choy and cous cous. Not as exciting as the stuff from Ron's grill but darn good!

That looks good!
With our nasty weather here, we had a cozy meal with Cincinnati-style chili with all the fixins for 3 way, 5 way, coneys, spaghetti, ... whatever.
We did enjoy some rum drinks though :D

That strawberry is gorgeous! Went to Trader Joe's today and they had some 'super sweet strawberries' for sale and sample. Couldn't resist. Yum!!

MaryBeth,
That's actually one of my hubby's favorites!! He sometimes even requests it for his birthday!

OMG chili over spaghetti or "Chili Mac" as it is known in Illinois -- have you heard of a Stake 'n Shake? -- is one of my mothers favorite meals in the world. My uncle has been known to ship it to her!

Ok, you better stop this food porn stuff. I almost had my husband believing that women just don't cook anymore :D

Oooo... Now you've done it. I now have a craving for a Skyline 5 way and a couple of cheese coneys...

Darn you, KY :)
