Hi everyone! It has very sadly been a while since I have been on here (although I have lurked when I could)- has just been insanely busy. I need more of my VIOL fix!

I am finally getting time to look for a place for our trip next Feb. We will be 3 couples (no kids) in Feb for 8 Tuff. Here's what I have narrowed it down to. Does anyone have any experience with any of these villas? Any pros and cons would be greatly appreciated, as I trust the advice here. Thanks for the help!! Hoping to book in the next few days.

Villa Capiz does not have 3 equal bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom is a queen bed I believe but on the small side. Don't know if that is a concern for your group or not.
That said I loved it there so if you want any additional info let me know.

Scratch Villa Capiz. The third bedroom is very small, only a double bed with small dresser and no space on either side of the bed. You must cross the living area to use the main bathroom, which is not particularly desirable for a shower. The views are wonderful and deck space expansive, but the third bedroom is a single and in no way comparable to the others. You can do better with Colibri, which ran a close second to Sago Palms for us this year. Colibri has been beautifully redone, but we are slaves to the north shore views. Kalallo on the Northshore Road would be my choice, as it is so convenient to town, to the race and has great views and access to Hawksnest and Gibney.

I couldn't recall double or Q but it is small I agree.

Thanks guys! Great feedback so far. Yes, equal (ish) bedrooms and private baths are important, so very good scoop! Any more on the others would be great! Also important to us: great views, sun on the pool, room around the pool deck for lounging, great decks for hanging out and listening to music.... can I just go there NOW!!

John and I rented Colibri last summer. It is a great house, BUT I would say that one bedroom is better than the other two because it is connected to the main living pod and accessible via an interior door. For the other two bedrooms you have to go outside and down a flight of stairs. Those bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the pool deck. All three have ocean views but the view is best from the upper bedroom. If that's not a dealbreaker than I'd move it up on your list. The views from the great room and decks are unobstructed, the remodel is nicely done, and the pool is large and deep.
