Coming down the home stretch for our "Twins Turn Teens Tour" from August 3 to August 12. Villa booked, air set, Capt John booked, jeep and Rachel arranged today. Kids( teens) legs are getting longer so we went with a Dodge Nitro instead of the Liberty/Vitara we usually get. Does anyone have experience with the Nitro?
Starting to put things like sunscreen, bug spray, collapsable floatie and snorkel gear aside for the trip. Trying to check only one bag will be tough. You would think we could minimize what we need after so many trips. Clothes dont seem to be the problem, its the other stuff that gets us. Also need to find a casual evening outfit for the wedding we will be attending on STT during the trip. Hope to find something wrinkle-proof as our bag will be a duffel.
Time is flying, school will soon be out and we will have a visit from my son, followed by Rich's son, wife and year old twins, followed by the Christening of our newest grandson, all in July. August 3 will roll around before we know it.
Can't wait. Seems like not so long ago we were taking these new parents as teens, and the teens we are taking now were just babies. Even after 30 + trips, St John never gets old. Too bad we do!!
