We are staying in Coral Bay for first time - I was looking at the restaurants there and noticing that many of them have strange days/hours of being open. Is there a list anywhere that summarizes all of the restaurant info?

Also, I was looking at a blog yesterday and saw something about new parking lot by the tennis courts...it sounds so nice!!

We will be landing in STT in about 17 hours!

Unless you were looking at The Tourist Trap most Coral Bay restaurants are open regular hours unless it's low season. Wherever you're staying will most likely have a book with restaurants listed. If you're in doubt just call them...

Can only speak for Shipwreck Landing but we are open seven days a week serving lunch 11-4 bar menu 4-6 and dinner from 6-9. Closed on July 4th for Carnival

Stjohnnewbie be sure to go to Shipwreck for lunch or dinner or even just sit at the bar and have a drink (love their bartenders!) All of the staff is great and so is the food!

Shipwreck was our favorite place to eat 3 years ago. Went there 2x. I can't wait to try it next month and some new ones, too!

Yep, I think it was just the first two I happened to check had funny hours (Tourist Trap and Donkey Diner).

We hit Aqua Bistro the first night, Island Blues the second, and Shipwreck last night. Hoping to get Donkey Diner pizza Friday night after doing the Bad Kitty day.
