Sunrise/sunset

my obsessive checking of the STJ webcams has led me to this observation: the sun sets and rises in STJ BEFORE it does here in MA these days. All winter I look forward to more daylight (yet have a love/hate relationship because it is daylight for so long & throws my sleeping off), last time we went it was early May-so I really didn't notice too much difference. This time though we have at least 2 maybe 3 more hours of daylight here! I wonder if that's a good thing or a bad thing?

Or in this case, sleep when I get there

Sunrise/Sunsets times grows only 2 hours between winter summer on STJ, versus 6 hours for those us north of 40.0 latitude.
For those science nerds amoung us (myself included)

It is definitely an earlier sunset vs. the northeast. The trade off is it seems to rise earlier, even if it's just that the sun is shining brighter and wakes you up earlier.
When we went in April, the sun set early, so early that my husband said he was ready for bed one night, and when I looked at my watch it was only 8:45pm.
