This villa in the Devers Bay area caught my eye but I can't find any info on it. Hubby thinks it is a private residence and not a rental and since I can't find anything on it, I am starting to think he is right. Looks like a great place so if anyone knows anything about it, would appreciate some info.

I can't find anything out about it either. And I don't see it on the villa map from Google. May be a private residence, unless owners are changing the name of a villa. What other villas is it next to/near?

It is up the hill from Island Time villa. Didn't see a sign on the one closest to it. I may look on google earth. I did take a few pics of it if anyone thinks they can identify that way.

can you send me the google villa map link please? maybe I can at least identify which it is or what it is near.

I found it on the map and put a yellow balloon marker on it. Beautiful villa right on the cliff! Lucky owners~

Thanks! The gate was open and there were no cars so I took a quick tour of the outside and peeked inside. The outside living arae behing the pool is just great.Really is a gorgeous house inside and out. I really thought it was a rental because it was immaculate with no personal effects that i could see.

I am not sure about this villa but I will try to find out. I know one a few before is private and this is a new build. When they were first building it a cement truck rolled over and almost went into the water, very steep lot.

There is a new villa that is almost/has been completed in that area called "Wings Over the Water". It looks very similiar to this one and is being rented by Vacationvistas.com, Lisa Durgin. Would swear it was the same, but just very similiar. Beautiful villa also, with drop dead gorgeous views. Wish I had known about it for our August trip, but that would be cutting it close. Take a look.

looks similar but I don't think it is the same place. The pool is in a different location and Dayenu looks directly over the water..not as many rocks below.
