Is she getting the ferry from RH at 4 or due in at 4? If she leaves RH at 4 what time would she be getting to Cruz Bay?

According to the schedule, the ferry leaves Red Hook at 4:00.

It was so cloudy in "town" today when I was there but crystal clear, bright and hot in Coral Bay
