I actually noticed that today too. I looked a month or so ago and thought they had rates up for late December and early January. I could be wrong. Call the 888-Rosewood number. They've always been super nice to work with. I'm sure they'd help you.

We ran into this planning a prior trip. Rosewood likely didn't set the winter 2007/2008 rates yet.

I feel your pain. We are waffling for our next trip. We were set on renting again with three other couples but the planning is tuning into something that I don't necessarily feel great about.
I just can't shake the feeling that I want to be close to the beaches and do not want to be chief cook and bottle washer for the week.
