March 26th-April 2nd 2011-Arrival Day

Ok So here it goes... This is my first attempt at a trip report so please bear with me!!
This is our 4th trip to St John and just cannot get enough!! Hubby and I bought a timeshare 5 years ago to have a place to travel with our boys year after year and to have a place that felt like home. Having never travelled to St John before making the purchase, we were very apprehensive but boy, did it pay off!! The level of excitement every March is just like Christmas in our home. We talk about our past visits and our upcoming visits quite regularly. I can honestly say we have found our home away from home.
With that said, we are not very adventurous, if you will, while on island. We have found what works and go with it. We rent our vehicle on STT, LOVE Amalie Car Rental. Cannot say enough good about them. They are the sweetest couple and sooo very accomodating. Getting our luggage and kids settled at the airport is a bonus and now it is time to sit back and enjoy the ride!!

What a beautiful site, approaching STJ from the car ferry!! At this point I feel like all of my planning and running around has finaly paid off. It is alot of work getting ready for this trip but, oh so worth it!!
